From a 12 to a 5 to a 10 ( please answer toning and weight loss questions )?
Okay so the biggest I have been is a size 12 now I am a ten but in the summers or if i am sick I am a four ( I am thirteen by the way ) my hips have gotten bigger I want to lose weight and tone up in the next 6 weeks to get down to a 5 or a 4 again ( i am a 10 )

- make sure you always count calories and stay active in whatever you do - typically a 10 indicates that you are heavier than you should be, or you have too much fat on your body. Exercise is key to toning up and making your body leaner
