regarding all of those weight loss questions?
everyone is always asking aobut loosing weight. i was wondering what kind of workouts you do? im a vegetarian, 5'1'' and im about 110 lbs. im not trying to loose a significant amount of weight, just to get toned and loose like 5-10 lbs.
any advice would be nice. and dont bother answering if you're going to tell me what to not do, like "you dont need to loose weight", i just want advice:)

- Maybe some cardio (jogging or walking at least 4 days a week) and some light weight training. Or, my personal favorite, pilates. VERY good for toning the whole body.
- My suggestion would just be to do aerobics, it tones the body and really helps to strengthen the cardiovascular system. You can also walk for 40 minutes or use the treadmill at the gym. If you have a membership I find that they offer good classes for Yoga or aerobics. That's what I do, because I don't need to lose weight, just tone, tighten and for overall fitness. Hope this helps!
