I want to take weight loss pills...any suggestions on which one?

I want to lose 7 to 10 lbs. Im 5'3 and weigh 142 lbs. If you do not recommend weight pills which exercises do you suggest for losing inches and for toning that are fast and easy? Also what are ways to keep myself interested in working out?

  7. Yes. Take a look at Proactol ( http://www.proweightlossguide.com/proactol-review ) It has no known side effects, it will bind up to 28% of your dietary fat intake. Other then that it will: - Reduce calorie intake from dietary fats - Suppress Appetite - Reduce blood cholesterol levels - Help reduce excess body weight - Reduce food cravings You should really do some good research before you buy weight loss pill, because a lot of them are not medically backed! Proactol has 4 clinical studies published online. Check them out (PDF files): 1) http://www.proweightlossguide.com/files9/proactol-studies/Fat_Binding_In_Vivo_2004.pdf 2) http://www.proweightlossguide.com/files9/proactol-studies/TNO_Report_3_American_Breakfast.pdf 3) http://www.proweightlossguide.com/files9/proactol-studies/TNO_Report_Fat_Binding_Capacity%202001.pdf 4) http://www.proweightlossguide.com/files9/proactol-studies/Vitamin_Bile_Salt_Study.pdf For Proactol testimonials see here: http://www.proweightlossguide.com/proactol-testimonials As for your question about working out, the key point is that you don't bore yourself doing it, aka you have to make it interesting, do a different variations of the same thing... ie if you run every day, choose a different route from time to time, switch running partners etc... Also, to keep you motivated, you should always remind yourself of your goal and how you will look and feel better when you lose weight. You should FEEL the excitement that weight loss will bring you. That will move you forward towards your goal. Wish you all the best.
  8. Same as you I'm 5'3" but I weigh around 115 pounds so I can understand what that must be like. You can lose it and keep it off! I did! You must get more active! Every activity burns calories.Every activity uses calories just some more than others! So try to walk and move about more. Hoodia is a herb that will suppress appetite. I got mine on Ebay but you can get it in any store, its cheaper on Ebay though ;-) Your diet obviously needs to change. Please stop drinking your calories! No more sodas or dairy drinks (latte, cappucinos etc) Even diet soda is out. You need to increase your fibre and lean protein and slow burn carbohydrates! Soy protein is great, try soy yoghurts for 7g protein, try Kashi crunch cereal for fibre and protein or oats served with apple sauce again, slow burn carbs and fibre! Get more active and eat better and drinks lots of water. Good luck.
  9. The best way to lose weight is to change diet and exercise on regular basis. Have a healthy diet: dark green vegetables, fresh fruits, whole wheat and whole grain products, non-fat dairy products, fish, poultry breast, lean red meat, egg white. You should cut out all sugar, soda, non-whole grain products and saturated fats. Balanced permanent diet is very important. Do not skip meals but also do not eat between meals. Water is impotent too. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Any workout can help with weight loss. However, the most effective is aerobic exercise like walking, running, swimming, yoga ... If you have time read following article because you will get better idea why aerobic exercise is good for weight loss and how much of exercise is enough. http://www.weight-loss-choice.com/Exercise_and_Diet.html If you still prefer pills, hoodia pills might be an option. Hoodia is a succulent plant marketed as a supplement for quick, natural weight loss. Its roots go back to the Kalahari desert where African tribesmen used it to suppress hunger on their long hunting treks. If you have time visit link below. You will find detail review and excellent tips in case you decide to bay this weight loss product. http://www.weight-loss-choice.com/hoodia_diet_pills.html Good Luck!
