I drink TONS of water throughout the day...way way more than the recommended 8 cups. I do enjoy one diet coke a day (during supper time). I have heard so many bad rumors about diet coke and sabatoging your weight loss plans, not to mention your overall health (bones...cancer...ect) Should I take this out of my diet? If so, why? Or should I keep enjoying my one can a day? Scientific explanations and personal opinions welcome. Thanks!
