  1. The best weight loss and fitness program is body for life. When I had time to do the program I lost 13good lbs and my waist was smaller. I lost 1 1/2 of my waist. I like the program so much I am going to restart it again in one month. Thid time I am going to get the supplements. Plus this program is the only program that has not had a lot of folks discrediting it. Bodyforlife.com

  3. ill tell you how i lost 40 pounds. no fast food no carbonated drinks (coke, soda, ginger ale) no dairy or milk based products get off of your butt and work out at least 1 hour every day run or walk at least 2 miles a day stop eating ANYTHING after 6:00 p.m no fried food metabolism boosters thats the most affordable way i know. remember its not how few calories you consume, its how many you burn. its better to be fit than lose weight. spend money if you want but its not the change in diet or starving yourself, its a change in lifestyle. either do it in a healthy way by excercising and not putting crap in your body or just make yourself puke like the celebrities. good luck hope i helped

  5. None. Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Do not go on fast or starvation diet. Nothing other than water in between. No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition. Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free. Be patient and not in a hurry. U cannot choose spots for reduction. This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.
  6. Hi, Gabriel! This is an excellent question! As you undoubtedly realize, there is a lot of confusion about its answer. In my opinion, the best weight loss program is the most natural one. By "natural" I mean the one that is most conducive to the way our bodies are. Human beings have been around for hundreds of thousands of years, and scientists have a good idea what the diet and exercise habits of our ancestors were like. We cannot duplicate them exactly, but we can come sufficiently close to achieve lasting weight loss. This is the big idea: we should be active and eat lots of different kinds of natural foods. Here's a plan that works and is sustainable until your dotage. (1) Walking is the best exercise. Walk every day. A simple, effective program is to buy a pedometer and simply walk 10,000 steps daily. Another good program is to walk 4 miles in just under 1 hour every other morning before breakfast. Many find that walking 30 minutes daily will maintain their present percentage of body fat and that walking 60 or 90 minutes daily will reduce that percentage. At the bottom of this reply, I have added a free Internet resource for a free walking for weight loss program. (2) Do strength training twice a week. Lean muscle is a fast METABOLIC FURNACE that will burn extra calories 24 HOURS DAILY. Male or female, young or old, everyone can fast lose body fat this way. At the bottom of this reply, I have included a free Internet resource for free strength training programs for beginners or more advanced. Work out twice a week using as much weight as you can handle using perfect exercise technique. Concentrate only on the basic exercises such as squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and chins. The free programs will give you specific routines as well as tips for exercising safely. If in addition you want a good book (you should be able to get it from your local library), I suggest Stuart McRobert's " Build Muscle Lose Fat Look Great." (You may wish to get the blessing of your physician before you change any exercise habits.) (3) The best way to eat is to eat in a way that will help your body burn muscle and speed your metabolism. To do that, eat a meal about every 3 waking hours (5 or 6 meals per day). You will not be eating more food; you will simply be spreading it throughout the day. Each of those 5 or 6 feedings must contain at least 15 grams of protein (from natural sources) for a female or at least 20 grams of protein per feeding for a male. This change alone, as long as the PROTEIN is included, will boost your metabolic rate and curb any food cravings. Don't put anything into your mouth that one of your ancestors 50,000 years ago couldn't have eaten (in other words, nothing processed/refined and nothing with additives, processed foods will slow down your metabolic rate). This means to eat (preferably organic) vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and (unless you are vegetarian) flesh foods from natural sources. It means not eating grasses or hybridized grasses (namely, grains such as rice, wheat, or corn or anything made from them), dairy products, legumes, etc. In other words, eliminate all processed (refined) carbohydrates. At the bottom of this reply, I have included a free Internet resource for a free weight loss Paleo diet (Paleolithic diet) that includes all of the above points plus lists of what foods to eat and what foods to avoid. It is not only a natural weight loss diet. This type of diet has been used successfully in the treatment of diabetes type 2, systemic lupus erythematosus, irritable bowl syndrome, allergies, acne, menopause, asthma, inflammation, arthritis, joint pains, food addictions, carbohydrate cravings, binge eating, mood disorders, and other health conditions. Get your carbs from natural sources. To lose body fat, keep your carb intake relatively low (from about 40 to 65 grams daily) so that your body will burn fat instead of carbs. There is no minimum daily requirement for carbs, but they do have many beneficial phytochemicals and fiber so eating some is fine. (4) Drink plenty of clean water--at least 3 quarts daily. The links to the free Internet resources will give in-depth information in relation to all that I have said in this reply, plus a walking for weight loss program, mild and intense cardio exercise choices, strength training programs (for beginners or more advanced), weight loss diet program, metabolism booster program, carb charts, and everything to get started. They are all good, they are all free, and they are all healthy. I hope that this information helps you, Gabriel. All my best wishes.
