Weight loss question? How much weight can be lost in this amount of time????

I was just wondering about how many pounds/inches can be lost in three weeks? I know it's not much time and not likely that much can be lost, but am curious about approximately how much can be lost in this amount of time with exercise, healthy eating, etc.?

  1. 6-9 lbs is healthy, maybe less. butu can reduce your weight drasically by just not eating for a long time. but thats no good
  2. i would say about 10ish pounds if you stick to your diet plan!
  3. Doing hard core serious aerobic workouts with weight lifting can burn a lot quickly, but then it will taper off. I dropped 24 lbs in 22 days, but I was in the gym 2 hours a day and eating 900-1200 calories a day. The problem is it comes back quickly. Doing it gently and healthily will be 2-3 lbs a week max.
