How can i spread the word to people about my Medical Weight Loss experience?

I had a horrible experience with the Medical weight loss clinic (in romeo, MI) and i want to spread the word about it. What would be a good way to tell people? I want them to know about the bad serivce, the high expenses and more.

  1. well, you are doing just that. But be careful, if they find out, they can try and sue you for defamation or something like that.
  2. write a letter to the local newspapers...or topicla magazines..or u can try getting on a tlk show...just call them and tell them what u wanna do!
