  1. Half of your weight??? So you are at least 130 pounds overweight??? Don't eat 4,000 calories a day, eat 1,500.
  2. Say in one day you eat 2000 calories. In that same day you should do some exercise you are comfortable with that will burn that same amount if not more. Take how ever much you weigh and divide that number. That amount should be your daily water intake in ounces. Walking helps alot to as well as works on cardio.
  3. Being hungry is not a sin. You eat because you need vitamins and minerals. Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water throughout the day. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Read the website. Cure acne, weight loss, aid digestion with ACV. Anytime you feel the need to snack, just have some ACV. Hair and nails will grow. You will soon find that food is off your mind. Now you can concentrate on what kind of new clothes to buy. I am 50 and look so much younger than my years. ACV cures depression too. Gives you so much energy. You will reach your goal before you know it. Have fun dancing for 20 minutes a day to help with weight loss.
  4. 5. I think all you need to do is exercise an 30 min-hour every day and eat healthy. Don't eat junk food and don't eat past 6pm. I recently cut out all junk food and I'm starting to work out consistently. If you don't work out and eat healthy on a daily basis you won't see any weight loss. Hope this helps!
  6. eat rather small meals five or six times daily,of really healthy foods-- think fruits and veggies and whole grains, take three to five short walks a day, (both will contribute to kicking up your metabolic rate), and drink more water, do not eat after 6pm. just don't expect overnight miracles here, it's just unrealistic and will set you up for failure. quit the bathroom scale habit, go by how you feel and whether your favorite clothes are getting bigger on you...also try a handful of almonds half hour prior to eating your later in the day meals, they have something to do with appetite suppression.
