Anyways to advance weight loss while on the computer?

Hi. I was wondering about weight loss. I do want to lose weight on my belly and I exercise everyday and I diet(really good and very healthy diet). Is there anything to enhance or advance weight loss while sitting on the computer? Reminding you that I exercise and diet each day, very healthily, and I was wondering if I can enhance weight loss even more when I'm just doing nothing or if I'm sitting on the computer.

  3. You can do what Bruce Lee did while he watched TV: sit in a v with your head and legs off the ground. He also had a muscle zapper thing he used whilst typing. Or you could get a giant mouse that weighs a hundred pounds and a giant keyboard you press with your feet. :-D Kegels are good too.
