what is the best weight loss pill?

i was wondering what the best weight loss//diet pill is. like what is the best brand of pill to use if i have a healthy diet but do not exercise that much. i want 2 kno about a pill i can use solo 2 lose weight. the most exercising i do are push ups and sit ups i have tried extensive dieting but dont lose weight my doctor said it is because of my anxiety medicine. thanks.

  2. None of them work. It is a ploy to help overweight individuals think losing the unwanted weight can come off easily. Sorry, it doesn't... it takes a lot of hard-work and motivation. Eat right, eat lite... that is the best thing to do to lose weight. Exercise, sitting down right now reading this... tighten your abdominal muscles, hold it and release... do that while sitting down and it helps... small little changes will help you.
  3. my sister tried xenical(not sure of the spelling) and she really got thinner...thats a bit expensive i think, maybe 900php here in the philippines.she was i think when she used it about 17-18... the results of using that to my sister was: very often bowel movement(my sister told me that she sees oil in the toilet everytime she would flush the feces) which usually occurs everytime after you eat... you will get thin, you wil lose weight, you will lose fats thats all i know! but i wish this helps, though..
  4. I agree w/ the two other answers. Don't use pills, they don't work and are always unhealthy in their own way. Push ups and sit ups are great but they won't help you lose weight, try going on fast walks or using a treadmill. Eat anything you want and plenty of it, EXCEPT sugar and any product that has sugar, keep fat content as close to zero as possible. No butter, no oils!!! Eat tuna, boneless, skinless chicken and turkey filets and massive quantities of salad and steamed veggies. Your salad dressing should be a little bit of apple cider vinegar or lemon w/ spices, no salt and just a few drops of sesame seed oil. good luck!!

  6. none of them don't work diet and extercise is the best thing I am finding that out. you see I have tried all the pills they work for a while but you gain the weight double back. I have tool almost every pill out there and I have been fighting all my life. just drink alot of water and eat the right food that should do it because I was 260 pounds and i went down to 195 . I am going up slowly and fast it makes me depress and I want to eat more but my clothes are fitting me tight and my stomach is getting fatter. but i am going to start watching what i eat...
  7. never every try to take any pills it will destroy ur body. try to reduce ur weight naturally. though it will take time but its natural. try this if u want to reduce ur weight naturally 1) Before starting any type of diet weight yourself and also note ur whole body measurement in a dairy. Then after every week weigh yourself and note it in ur diary and see how much weight u r losing. 2) Start taking your food with out any oil. Try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.
