What is the best weight loss diet to follow or supplements to take?
I need to lose weight and need an easy diet plan to follow with two kids and not a ton of money to spend or hours to cook. Willing to take supplements along with just need something, anything!!!

- The best way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. And the best part is that its free!

- You have to do a little homework. With a computer it should be easy. Set up a file and calculate how many calories you are ingesting every day. If it's 2,500 a day cut back to 2,000 quality calories and up you're exercise to some level. Take a brisk walk if you are just starting out. Diet and exercise are like scissors. They go together and apart don't work as well. Good luck!
- stay away from sweets, anything that has sugar. eat smaller portions than your use to eating, drink tons of water during the day. since you're in a tight budget go for long walks after each meal, you can take your kids with you during your walks. good luck!
