I have many questions about the weight loss cleansing diet?

I know that it cleans out your insides....ok. BUT do you also see a change on your outside? Can you see fat going away? Also, I am looking for a cleansing pill. Which one should I get? By cleansing myself, will I loose fat? Thanks.
