for my other weight loss question i put in womens health?

but im a guy. the question was, im 13 years old 63 inches and 110 lbs. Are there any fun ways to lose weight. I wanna be 90 by the beggining of spring. Do you think thats possible? the answers i got for the other one were to eat healthier and excersise more. and i already excersise right and eat healthy and have a 4 pack so its not like my stomachs bulging out or anything. but i still wanna lose weight.

  1. Well heres the thing. Muscle weighs more than fat. If you aren't fat at like all then im thinking the only way to loose the weight would be n muscles. but honestly i don't think you should loose any more weight. 110 ibs to me seems too skinny as is.

  3. You don't need to loose weight, you seem to be perfect. I saw your question about suicide. Please don't ever consider it. My son did it when he was your age and I still miss him. It's true that life isn't easy, but you can add meaning to it by the way you live it. Do that.
