i have a couple of weight loss questions?

a) what can i do to lose a significant amount of weight? i'm going for about 70 pounds b) when will i start seeing results? c) this ones kind of weird -- do your fingers, neck, and ankles lose weight? or become thinner?

  1. Again and again people come her asking how to lose weight. IT'S SIMPLE!! Just eat a balanced, healthy diet and exercise!!
  2. a serious low calorie diet, with lots of fruit an veggie.. and you must excersise, or dont bother and yes you will notice your neck and fingers will be smaller,, less like sausages,, and your feet will become thinner too...and you willgo down a bra size or two.
  3. im not a weight loss expert or anything. but this might help you. i found out i was diabetic a couple months ago and ive had to change my diet alot. my doctor has me on a low carb diet following carb exchanges. it has me cutting out alot of sugars, pasta, rice, breads and things like that. you eat alot more veggies and whole grains. try some research on a diabetic diet. no more sugar pops and energy drinks. my doctor wants me doing 30 min of exercise a day. i dont exactly follow that but ive tried to increase my activity. park futher away at the store and walk. i do more house cleaning. things to get me off my butt. vacume and mop and clean floors on my hands and knees. i also rake the yard and mow with a push mower. in a month and a half ive lost 12 pounds and still losing weight. im down one jean size. i still treat myself to a small icecream from dairy queen every sunday. if i think of that stuff as treats rather then eating junk everyday it helps. im over 200 pounds and still need to lose more. so if i can lose 12 pounds like that, so can you! also have your doctor check you for overactive thyroid. you will lose weight in the funniest places. the first place im losing weight is my butt. i never had a problem with my butt before lol lol. it wont be where you want it. your face and neck will change. people at my work keep asking me if im losing weight cause of my face and neck look a little smaller.
  4. Losing significant weight takes some time. Weight loss like every other serious issue. People can give you quick and simple answers that sound great but actually, Don't Work. Neck weight will come off with general weightloss.
