Weight Loss?
What are healthy ways for a teen to loose weight without dieting. I want to loose 5 pounds in a week but I don't know how to without my parents noticing me eating less or different foods. What workouts are the best for weight loss?

- If you not looking for real weight loss and just loosing for a short period try a sauna. You will loose water weight. If your parents don't want you o lower your eating that must mean you have an eating disorder or are on the verge of one. Yes/no?
- as long as its just for a week then if u ate lean meats like chicken and turkey, plenty of fish, fruit and veg and loads of water then u shud do it!
- You have to commit to changes in your diet for your whole life, such as no soda or fatty foods and lots of vegatables. You also need to get on a routine of exercizing every week. It's all about your lifestyle
- Drink more water. Drinking plenty of water allows your kidneys to function properly. Your liver metabolizes more fat when your kidneys are functioning properly. When you don't drink enough water your body actually stores fat! If fluid retention is a concern, try to stay away from foods that are high in sodium. Your body retains water to dilute the excess sodium from the foods you eat.
