- it depends on the workout. but probably in a month or two you should only lose 1-2 pounds per week
- ya 1-2/week
- about 3lbs a week
- You should be able to see results on a weekly basis. Eat correctly and exercise and you will be fine. Burn 1lb a week: How to do it: Cut 400 calories per day (2 sodas and 1 bag of chips) Exercise for 30 minutes (Exercises include: Pushups, Pullups, Squats, Lunges, Running, Swimming, and any cardio) Its healthy to lose 1 lb up to 3lbs a week. Going more is crash dieting.
- I think a 1 pound....Until you reach your desired goal .. and what where you before you started to work out all the time.. Some times depending on how your working out...you can gain muscle and that's heavy and you could gain... Ask your DR..
- I think loosing weight is not easy and need time to get positive result. For example, Loosing weight depends on how much food you eat and the exercises you do. I encorage you to decrise the calories you eat, eat an average food. If you eat fruties and Vegetables, you have high posibility of loosind weight make. But you have to eat regularly to keep your selfe safe. DON'T EAT FAST FOOD. DON'T EXPECT TO LOOSE WEIGHT IN FEW DAYS BUT WORK HARD DON'T DIVE UP.
