- calorieking.com is AWESOME and it is really cheap to join. You input your food and it keeps track of calories, etc. It gives you a calorie allotment, and it is usually really easy to stay in it and still enjoy things you like. They give you feedback once a week and stuff. I really like it and I have only been on it for a little over a week and I have lost 10 lbs. But calorieking does not recommend this. I haven't been eating all of my calorie allotment and I have been burning a ton of calories off at the gym. But if you stick to the cals they give u and work out some, you will lose about 1 to 2 lbs a week.
- I think Calorie Counter has weight loss plans. It can get annoying putting in what you eat every day, but I think there is just a special exercise/dietary area
