Weight loss questions?

Okay, so in the past few years I have gained 60lbs and I can't lose it! I only drink diet soda w/o sodium and don't drink them often. I have gained 5lbs in the past week and I have been eating grilled chicken, salads, soups, cutting down on bread and drinking lots of water. Could the culprit be exercise or do I have thyroid issues...or what! Any advice? No mean comments!

  1. Or it could be the soda heres a tip just cut out soda JEEZ its not that hard
  2. Cut out any sugar drink. As long as your meals aren't too big and you do exercise everyday you should lose weight. Do lots of walking.
  3. I have the same problem. I know, everyone says, "Oh, exercise more! blah blah blah" but I know it's not that easy. Try to, though. It seems you've been eating pretty healthily, but try cutting down on your portion sizes. I think I have thyroid issues though, so it could be that. Don't go to a doctor just yet.
  4. u have to check 2 points the 1st one is yr calories, u eat meals with less fat a diet programme ok but u might eat more food than what u need...i mean : every gram of protein has 4 kcal - of hydrocarbon has also 4 kcal and fat 9 kcal and alcohol 7 kcal . whitch means check calories better u might need to eat a little bit less than what u eat now and 2ed yes thyroid is a point and it will useful to check it by blood test and scanner both will show u whole icon
