weight loss questions?

do i need to lose some weight? my body fat percantage is 18.3% I'm five eight and a half and I weigh 165 with a medium build If you think I do need to lose some weight what are the best excersizes I can do. thanks guys!

  1. Yes you should reduce your weight. Try to walk a lot .Eat less and work more on a regular basis.
  2. Where did you get the figure of 18.3% from? Because at 165lb you would have to be incredibly muscular to have only 18% body fat on you. If that truly was your body fat percentage, then you obviously wouldn't be in need of losing weight because that's very lean for a female.
