Weight loss questions?

I have a few questions about losing weight. 1.I want to lose 20lbs in a few months so how can I do that? 2.How long does it take to get muscles by excersising. 3.What is a good or the best diet please help me?

  1. it just depends on how overweight you are. consider going to the fat doctor. if you need it they can prescribe you diet pills...but usually all you need to do is eat healthier and smaller portions and exercise! :) good luck
  2. cut out your carbs! start wrking out slower and then wrk up to doing more but still push yourself. drink lots of water lots of it!! also try cutting down your portions sizes of what u eat that can help! eat lots of fruit and veggies!! good luck bc i am in the same boat too!! can u please go and answer my question if you have time thank you! about the mac commercials bc no one has been answering them...PLEASE HELP ME ANY ONE?!??!?!!?
