Does alli weight loss pills actually work?

Has anyone ever tried the alli weight loss pills? is it very successful? are there any side affects?

  1. never tried them but they work by binding some of the fat you eat in your digestive tract. The more fat you eat, the messier it is. If you want less mess, eat less fat. Its just a catalyst to change your eating habits, its not a long term product.

  4. It does work. It's kind of gross though. Since the pills block fat absorption, it all has to go somewhere, so instead of taking oil, you end up...leaking...it out. But, it helps you eat a lowfat diet, so that's a big plus to that con.
  5. I talked to a friend that had a friend who took these pills and everything that the website below says is true. I still think it may be worth it though.
