Weight Loss Questions--teen girl??

well...my whole family (extended) is getting together for thanksgiving. and i havent seen a lot of them in a while...so i wanted to look REALLY good for you. so i was wondering if someone could answer a few of my questions: 1. what is a fast, yet effective/HEALTHY way to lose weight (about 10-15 pounds) before thanksgiving? 2. what are some good exercises to tone up abs/butt/thighs/upper arms? 3. can someone make me meal plans or something (if you're feeling really nice)?? i'm a vegan...so nothing containing meat, dairy, or eggs. 4. is it really possible for a vegan to go on South Beach Diet?? it won't be for long...just until i lose the desired amount of weight...so maybe like 2 weeks or so. 5. what kinds of exercises should i do? how many days per week? how long each day? i have an elliptical, treadmill, bowflex, and lateral thigh trainer (stepper thing). thanks so much!! all answers are appreciated!!

  2. We offer the following tips to help you lose weight to look better, feel better, and live a healthier life. Check out http://use-weightloss.blogspot.com/ for all info regarding weight loss.
  3. 1. There is not a fast, healthy way of losing 10-15 lbs in basically two weeks. I'm sorry to say that but safe dieting will result in weight loss of 1-2 lbs per week on average. If you have more to lose than you may (MAY) be able to lose that a bit easier. Cut out junk food, soda, fast food, etc. Drink water (not to excess), and try to workout (cardio mainly) for around 30-45 minutes per day for 4-5 days per week. 2. Butt and thigh exercise? Simple! Body weight squats and or lunges. Make sure your knees don't go out past your toes when you're doing them. Upper arms would be a tricep extension. For examples of how to do these exercises look on www.exrx.net and search. There are decent videos on there. 3. There are some online meal planning guides you can use. My fiancee found some decent ones on Google. 4. You can try it, it will be tough. Be patient and be willing to experiment and be creative. 5. I'd concentrate on the elliptical for cardio (better generally than a treadmill) and use the Bowflex for tricep exercises, leg press, leg curls, and leg extensions. Good luck!
  4. How about try this...eat whatever you are used to eating, only eat ONLY when you are hungry and stop when you are no longer hungry. If you are like most of us, that is pretty revolutionary...and will cut back a lot of eating. I have released about 100 pounds since summer of 2006 that way. My blog is http://godisdoinganewthing.blogspot.com Just be careful, ok? I don't have any suggestions for questions 2-5...sorry!
