Are there any inexpensive weight loss programs anyone tried that worked good?

  2. I'm not in a program persay, but I do low-carbs and have lost 30lbs in 2 months. So have many others. It works give it a try.
  3. Try the Sonoma diet. I've lost 12 lbs. in two weeks. I've tried everything. But, to excel your weight loss you must excercise at least 3 to 4 days a week.
  4. Yeah, I know of a totally free one. Its called walking and jogging. All you have to do is still eat whatever you want just not as much of it and drink lots of water. One cup of water sometimes makes hunger go away. Exercise at least 5-6 days a week for 45 minutes or more, but you need a physical first to make sure your heart is up for the challenge.
  5. Curves is a great place for women to go work out!! It is fun, energetic, and best of all they are a great support system!! It is not too expensive and you can still eat!!
  6. I had always fought the weight problem until I started understanding carbs. Although not recommended by some, if I keep my carbs below 15 to 20 a day I always lose 15 lbs in 15 days. As long as you don't pig out on carbs again it stays off. Don't weigh yourself in those 15 days. You may or may not be dissapointed. Promise @ end of 15 days you will be thrilled.
