Start by choosing one day a week to not have meat. Load up on fruits, vegetables and nuts. If you have a gym membership try the fitness classes, or walk more. You will see tremendous results if you walk 30 min. a day and change the way you eat. Try staying away from regular bread (even whole wheat because of the gluten), there is an organic spelt bread at Whole Foods with different seeds that is awesome!
