- Atkins worked for me. I've never felt better, I'm lean, trim, healthy, fit. I love eating a lot of vegetables, healthy lean meats, fish and being able to enjoy small servings of cheese, avocado, and olive oil. It's not a diet- it's a healthy way of life. http://www.atkins.com/
- It's called a lifestyle change. Eat healthy and get a normal amount of activity. And eating healthy means amount as well as food sources. DIETS ARE CRAP!
- lemon and water juice diet.no food allowed.pronto!
- ya diet and exersize 2-3 days a week
- I've been on Weight Watchers for about 3 months, and I've lost about 25 pounds. I was a skeptic, but it is still working. You do have to keep working at it, though. You have to go to meetings every week and watch what you eat, but other than that, it's easy. You can eat anything, as long as you stay within your daily quota of points... and you don't have to buy any of their food. It has changed the way I think about dieting... because I'm not... I'm changing my lifestyle permanently. I know if I go back to my old lifestyle, I'd just gain the weight back.
- The best and safest is to eat 5 light meals a day, make sure you satisfy all 4 food groups, meat, dairy, fuit/vegetable, and bread/grain. for snacks fruits and vegetables. and regular moderate exercize. You don't need to spend money on drugs or overpriced "diet" foods, just stop eating til you're full, eat til yopu're not hungry, big difference, and stay active. There's no need to join a gym, unless you want the support, a brisk walk of more than 20 minutes does wonders. One more thing, avoid high fructose corn syrup, which is in most sweetened beverages, every single gram is automatically converted into fat, drink water, sugar sweetened tea, milk, etc... NO SODAS!!!
- Body for life work great for me. It is a lifestyle though, not a diet. The main thing is as others have suggested to eat smaller more frequent meals (which is described in this program). I eat between 5 and 6 times a day, but am never stuffed, I am satisified. Also, make sure you are getting your required water in take (8-10 cups per day). Dehydration alone slows down your metabolism.
