- You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
- If u can get a prescription for Adipex from your doctor. It works great! Its a appetite suppressant and energy booster, but watch out if u have heart problems. The only downfall your doctor has to write you a script for it.

- Anything will work if you stick to it. I would recommend ediets.com. It's got a number of really great programs that you can fit to your lifestyle. It's also got recipes and support boards. Good luck on your journey!
- Try cutting down on calories and getting more excercise, and drink a lot of water. Don't eat a lot of fast food, and don't drink a lot of soda. Try to eat as little calories as you can a day without going too low (allow yourself 1200-2000) and eat foods containing fresh ingredients, meaning don't eat too much junk food (candy and chips) or TV dinners.
- Consuming less calories than you burn will help you lose body fat. Keep in mind that this doesn't mean that you have to burn more than 1200 calories a day (or however much you're eating). Your body burns calories throughout the day, whether you're sitting and reading a book or washing the dishes. To figure out this rate, I multiply my body weight by 10 and that equals ABOUT how many you burn throughout the day. Keep it under that number. Also, eat 5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going. You will lose weight faster and you wont be as hungry. Drink lots of water and don't forget to exercise. Avoid foods that contain high fructose corn syrup or partially hydrogenated oils. Of course, you could cut out all junk food and just eat chicken, vegetables, protein shakes, and egg whites. But if you're not into that, then eat what you like, but in moderation, and avoid those above foods.
- www.bodyforlife.com is the best lifestyle change program ever created..
- Hi Ashley! There really isn't any magic in weight loss despite a lot of claims. The key to weight loss is simple math. If you burn more calories than you consume, your body needs to burn body fat to give you the extra energy you need. Thus, you need to figure out how many calories you burn in a day and then eat less than that amount. This will work for you if you adhere to it. I believe this answers your question. Have up to 3 fruits a day or 1 glass of fresh juice. 9. Make better food choices: • Broiled, grilled, roasted or steamed dishes, instead of fried food. • Use lean meat such as lean beef/veal, skinless chicken breast, and fish fillets. • Use non-fat or low-fat dairy products such as fat-free milk, low-fat yogurt or labneh. Choose white cheeses with a fat percentage less or equal to 25%, such as Akkawi, Double-creme, Hilwi, Baladi, Diet Halloum Philadelphia light, and Singles fat-free cheese. 10.Go for brown! Whole wheat bread, toast, cereals, pasta, rice are higher in vitamins/minerals and fiber than white cereals. 11.
