Weight loss?

Is there any natural weight loss program that you can recommend?

  1. Lower your calories and get some exercise!
  2. Eat less and exercise. Cut out all junk food and add fresh vegies and fruit. No sugary sodas. Basically a lifestyle change...it worked for me. :)
  3. Exercise is the best weight loss program. Join a gym, go biking or walking.
  4. GET OFF THE COMPUTER AND PUT DOWN THE FORK!
