Weight loss?
Is there any natural weight loss program that you can recommend?

- Lower your calories and get some exercise!
- Eat less and exercise. Cut out all junk food and add fresh vegies and fruit. No sugary sodas. Basically a lifestyle change...it worked for me. :)
- Exercise is the best weight loss program. Join a gym, go biking or walking.
- GET OFF THE COMPUTER AND PUT DOWN THE FORK!
