  1. A diet high in fiber with plenty of fruits and vegetables and 8 glasses of water a day. Also, walking everyday helps.
  2. OK here is a simple math equation weight loss problem. If 3,500 calories equals 1 pound. However, the average human body burns about 1,500 calories a day. What I do is only eat 1,000 calories a day and since then I have lost tons of weight. You could also try the Sacred Heart Diet.
  3. Herbalife! It's 100% all natural herbal supplements. Providing you with the nutrition your body needs-it's absolutely AMAZING what happens. Before Herbalife I was 180lbs pushing a size 14, no energy, depressed, allergy/sinus problems. Now I have tons of energy, happy as a clam, sinus/allergy problems are no more and I've lost 34lbs, over 31 inches and am now in a size 7/8! It's absolutely INCREDIBLE! If you want to know more give me a shout-I'd love to help! Danielle

  5. find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism) 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day 8 glasses of water have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism) dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily. ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

  7. Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. The site even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site. http://www.reviewplace.com/cat-135-DietsWeightLoss--Top-10-Weight-Loss-Programs.html Many of the products and programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think before you decide on one for yourself. Hope this helps!
