Weight Loss Pills?
I want to take a weight loss pill or vitamin but I have a hard time swalling pills. Everything is a capsule!!! Anyone have any ideas on small weight loss pills I can take?

- well honestly i would just reccomend diet and excercise i know its harder but weight loss pills hve been known to give people disease and even kill some people

- I wouldn't take anything! Pills just mess w/your metabolism, as soon as you go off them you will gain the weight back! You just need to eat healier and start working out!

- I don't think you should take any weight loss pills period, they are unsafe and unhealthy. If you want a vitamin that is either small or chewable they have ones that are in the form of small candies and thinks of that nature at most stores like GNC, Wal-Mart, and local markets.
- i have a hard time swallowing pills too. if you take a drink of something first and then put the pill in your mouth before you swallow you don't even know its there and it goes right down no matter how big it is.
