Weight loss??????

I've decided I'd like to lose ten or so pounds before summer comes, and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks or secrets I could use. I can take weight loss pills from http://www.weightlossdietpillz.com/ but due to medications I take for epilepsy, and I can't afford any of those fad diets like LA Weight Loss (though I know from experience that plan really works well) or Weight Watchers. I exercise twice a day, once in the morning and once at night after dinner. Any tips or suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.

  5. You shouldn't take any pills for weight loss. To lose weight, participate in physical activities for most or all days of the week 1 hour a day. It doesn't have to be all at once. You can just excercise 20 minutes after each meal. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Whole grain products are good too. Low fat or non fat milk and dairy products, lean meats, poultry, fish, and beans for protein, have reasonably sized portions, drink lots of water, limit sugar sweetened beverages, and limit saturated fats. Drink green tea for antioxidants.
