Does anybody know where I can find a Qucik Weight Loss diet plan?

I have been exercising 4 times a week at a place that is similar to curves called Butterfly Life. I feel great from exercising, but I am not losing any weight. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I really need to start eating healthier. There are some Quick Weight Loss places around here, but I really don't have the extra money get into it. I had a baby June 1st, am 5'9" and weigh 240. I'm trying to lose about 60 pounds. Does anyone have any good diet plans or helpful hints?
