weight loss????

im on a pretty decent weight loss/diet/exercise schedule right now but i was wondering if any girls...or even guys..could tell me any things or tips they did that worked for them...or maybe even a routine you followed....thanks =)

  1. balance ur diet and exercise that u do. Eat more for breakfast and the least for dinner bcoz we don't need any extra energy during nite time if compare to morning. Eat normally and dun ever let urself starving. Eat until u r not hungry anymore, not until u r full. Eat 5 times a day is much more better than u eat 3 times a day with each meal is full.
  2. Exercise everyday like jogging around the block Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day Dont eat until you're full Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
