weight loss question.?

Okay, august 20 school starts are I wanna look good. I have love handles, a pooch(my stomach sticks out) =/ and my arms are all flabby. I've asked weight loss questions before but never seem to get the answer. Last time I checked I was around 195 pounds. Before school I REALLY wanna get in the 180's. And have a smaller stomach and arms and get rid of my love handles. I have 25 days =/. I can't go to a gym,Go on any fad diet,or take any pills. Okay here goes the questions 1.How many minutes / hours would I have to jog/dance to lose a pound. 2.What are some excercises to get rid of love handles. 3. What are some excercises to get firmer arms. Oh and I dont over eat &&I dont drink soda. Pleaseeeeee help me! Thanks in advance <3

  1. So, if your diet is okay, then maybe its your portions when you eat You may not notice your over eating. or, maybe youre just not active enough. I ve been a health nut lately, and everything about me is awesome. My hairs glowng, my skns soft, and im way toned. my advice? go vegan. or, if u need meat, stick 2 white and go semy vegetarian, which is no meat, three daysa week!
  2. 1 It depends on your metabolism. Everyone will be different. 2 Good old fashioned cruntches 3 Arm raises with 5 pd. weights. I hope these answers are o'kay for you. Good luck. I know you can do it.
  3. 25 days isnt much so you have to work out hard. you need to run 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at night. not jog..run. if you 2 hours a day you will lose 5 lbs a week.
  4. drink a lot of ice water and eat mints in order to feel full also eat a lot fruit snacks like grapes, blueberries etc only eat lean stuff for lunch and dinner and walk a lot after eating so that you can walk it off after eating i always try to walk it off, i am trying lose more weight as well good luck and ps for breakfast eat malt o meal, oatmeal, or cream of wheat in order to feel full and to be able to not snack all day till lunch
