  2. 1) the healthiest and most effective way to boost your metabolism is to eat 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day. This will keep your metabolism working all day vs. eating three meals where your metabolism spikes and then drops. Spicy foods and certain seafoods also help. 2) There is really no way to target fat on a specific part of the body...contrary to what many pill companies would lead you to believe. 3) Calories burned are based upon your body weight and percentage of muscle to fat. Use the search engine you might find a good calculator. You can get a good fat burning cardio workout by spending about 30mins doing interval training. This entails you going at a brisk walk or jog and then sprinting or jogging faster and then slowing back down. Repeat. Also, cardio burns a lot of calories while doing it;however, after you are done your metabolism drops back to normal usually within 20 minutes. The best way using excercise, I guess this should have gone under 1, is the also use weight training because a vigorous lifting session can boost your metabolism from 24-48 hours. I hope this helped
