Weight Loss Questions?

I've heard that I should lose the fat in my stomach first before I start trying to build-up abs so I'm doing more cardio than sit-ups now. I'm a 5'7" 14-year-old and I weight 135. I already lost 10 pounds but I dont really see any changes on my stomach. How many more pounds should I lose before I see results (physically)? ANd also, I've reached my plateau. And I heard that I should change my exercise, but what if there's no way to change it? 'Coz like school's about to start so I can only do about 30 mins- 1 hour of stair stepper every afternoon afterschool. If I just keep doing that will I continue losing weight? thanks @nick r im a guy lol

  1. prolly but u dont really need to lose much if ur cute
  2. toning your abs mean adding more muscle in that area in turn, the muscle helps you burn fat/calories so i think you can do whichever one first but if you want to burn the fat i would suggest doing cardio: - running -swimming - bike riding those really help in burning fat when school starts, instead of exercising to lose the weight. try changing your diet so that you are consuming at least 500 calories less than what you can burn (since one pound is about 3500 calories, burning 500 daily means you'll lose a bound in 7 days which equals one week) here's a link to tell you how many calories you can eat to lose weight http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm also, eat more fruit, they taste great, have vitamins and have a lot less calories than soda or candy thanks! and hope this helps!
