Why does it seem like the majority of questions are about weight loss?

Hell, if you're really that worried about losing weight, get your fat ass off the computer and go out for a walk. Sitting in front of a screen all day isnt gonna drop those pounds! I think its pretty obvious that proper diet is the most important factor in weight loss, especially when combined with exercise... so get crackin!

  1. Because people are looking for the easy way to lose weight, and there is no easy way. No one likes to diet, but it takes willpower and sacrifice to look good. If it was easy everybody would be walking around like Mr. America.
  2. bc people in this country are FAT A$$ES!
  3. cuz america is frikin obsessed with the golden arches so they all hav thunder thighs and huge @$$es. Then they look at the models and say im to fatt and go aneriexic. america is either too fatt or too skinny? what is up with that
  4. because our generation is the fatest and most unhealthy. we are constantly eating and not moving. not to mention food that sucks for your health.
  5. Well first your in diet and fitness....diet = weight loss fitness=working out to loose weight.....Why are their dumb a** wasting time posting stupid ? You answer that! Some people post a question because they really don't know the answer and are considerate of other peoples opinion (who don't know them) Some walk away from the computer and check on their answers later...You probably have a few pounds to loose your self......so get crackin!
  6. I would say because in today's sociey all us wemon think we have to be almost too skinny to be attractive to a man! Also, so many things work for some, that don't work for others. The low carb diet, etc..... And at least for me, I keep thinking that maybe someone out there knows something new that I haven't heard of. Plus being new to the overweight thing, I always want to know what kind of excersise works best for certain parts of the body & which is better weights, working out vs cardio, aerobics. We all know that basically eating right and some kind of physical activity is the only way, but which is best, how often & how long are what some of us are unsure of. So we're not sitting in front of the screen all day, just posting a question. Noone sits at the computer ALL DAY, but I get what you are saying.
