Weight loss question take two...?

...because I messed up my first question with a typo and English measurements. I break up for summer on Wednesday until September. How is much weight is it physically possible to loss if I hardcore exercise and restrict? I'm sorry, I know questions like this are annoying. -x-

  1. i'm guessing about 40- 50...meaning hardcore excersize.
  2. A healthy amount would be one to two pounds a week. More is considered unhealthy. Plus it is a good reasonable goal. So about 10 to 20 lbs. I would think. If you stuck with it and did it in a healthy manner.
  3. Depends on you. If you are trim to begin with, it is harder to lose what little you have. Also what is hardcore to you is average to another. You lose what you lose. If you want to lose it all, start cutting off parts(an arm here, a leg there and soon there is nothing to worry about.)
  4. You need to eat properly and moderate exercise. Dramatic weight loss is NOT HEALTHY, especially if you gain it all back 3 months later. If you do things correctly I think you can lose at least 10 -20 lbs. However, remember muscle weighs more than fat!!! So keep your expectations reasonable. Good Luck!
  5. 50pounds
  6. Get checked by your doctor BEFORE doing any diet or exercise regimen. It's best if you lose about twenty pounds a month.
  7. haven't you heard that there are no annoying questions...just good questions! To answer your good question, if you workout twice a day (running), your looking at loosing anywhere from 4-5lbs/week. You could probably loose up to 40lbs by the end of summer. You have to watch what you eat though :-)
