  1. i can help your body shape work! the program is fast and safely. for more information and Free Consultation, please go www.enjoyslim.com.
  2. probably not, you should try and do like 30-45 minutes 5 days a week. Becuase if you think about it in a 20 minute jog you are going to need a 5min warm up and a 5 min cool down, which really only leaves you with 10 minutes of 'fat burning' which isn't much at all!!!!!
  3. make your self puke after every meal, no im just joking just do what your doing for awhile and your lose some pounds
  4. do crunches running and jumproping situps eat a good breakfats and eat healthy
  5. A healthy weight loss is 1 - 3 lbs. per week. Drink plenty of water, limit calorie intake, but eat 3 meals a day plus 2 snacks and alternate running or walking with pilates or weight lifting. Muscle also helps burn fat.
  6. http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/jumpsite/calculat.htm 3500 calories equals 1 pound of fat although most at the beginning will be water weight The site above gives good indicator of how much you will burn doing certain activities http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc This is another good site, more in depth and asks you to fill how many minutes you spend doing certain activities in a day and tells you how many calories you have lost.
  7. The best way to lose fat around your stomach is to work your stomach muscles. Do situps until you can't do situps anymore. Burn your muscles out, but don't strain them.
  8. You should jog once a day for at least 4 days a week. Also, it is important to lift weights. You may think " I don't want to build muscle, I want to lose weight!" surprisingly (to me at least) it does help. Why? When you build muscle your body has to use more energy to hold it. By using energy, you lose weight.
