I have seen some interesting weight loss questions lately.............?

Who has recently lost weight/inches and how did you do it exactly? We (I and some others on yahoo answers) would like to know, please be descriptive as possible (I'm not asking you to write like a huge essay about it just sum it up and give some pointers/highlights on how you did it) Thanks

  1. I lost 40+ pounds and 38 inches I went to Curves and folled the Curves diet which is in their member guide. (Ebay, $5) It was easy.
  2. I lost 30 pounds in the last 5 weeks using Herbalife products. They are natural and easy to implement into your daily routine. I replace 2 meals a day with their awesome protein shake and have a healthy meal for supper. I have also increased my water intake to 1/2 of my body weight in ounces per day (i.e. I weigh 150 so I drink a minimum of 75 ounces of water everyday).
