Couple of weight loss questions... Answer anyones u like?

Thanx to anyone who gives me a legit answer 1) does reducing salt help you lose weight? 2) does sweating more mean buring more calories? Like if you wear a sweater instead of a t-shirt or wear those suits that make you sweat. 3) When doing cardio they say do 30 minutes. Does that mean non stop, or are u supposed to take like 2-3 minutes to rest? and finally... 4) are negative calories foods real? does it really take more calories to digest them than those foods contain? again THANX a bunch

  2. 1. you'll lose weight, but water weight. 2. It means your burning. yes. any more , not really.. water weight again. 3. you can break the exercise up. 4. yes but they are still counted toward your amount of calories you eat. dont let it fool you.
