help......weight loss questions?

i need to lose weight/tone up by next friday(my school has this YMCA thing and i'll be in my swimsuit), what are some tips to fast wieght loss and how can i tone up fast too?

Eat from all food groups, but in moderation 6 glasses of water per day 1-3 glasses of 1% milk per day If you can't beat late night snacking: Eat popcorn, pretzels, fruits or veggies instead of chips-they are way less fattening.
