help......weight loss questions?
i need to lose weight/tone up by next friday(my school has this YMCA thing and i'll be in my swimsuit), what are some tips to fast wieght loss and how can i tone up fast too?

- jog around the block or walk aloty from now thill then. i lost weight mysteriously i guess from walking but i eat alot it may depend on your body....
