  2. one way is to stop drinkin caffeinated drinks. i've been drinking water instead of sodas and i feel great!!! also you can run everday! hope it helps!!!

I personally just got this turbo jam workout video, its kind fun and its guaranteed to take off 10 lbs in 10 days. Unfortunately it's only my first day on it so I can't say much other than its fun so good luck!

Always walk along the same path. you dont have to walk like a maniac just do what you can. slowly build it up over time (walking for longer) Always keep active whenever possible. try eating more veggies & fruits. I know its the same old thing everyone says - exercise & eat healthy. but it's the only way to lose weight. i'v lost over 20kgs & my b/f lost over 60kgs. from just walking & trying to eat right. But we wern't that strict with the eating part, but we never missed a day of walking.

It is pricey but well worth the dividends that it will pay to you in the form of good healthy habits.
