Does anyone know of any quick weight loss diets that don't give you those nasty headaches?

  1. there have been a lot of diet questions. the key to a good diet is a rigorous excersize and small portions(5/6) of meals a day. mind to take in enough fibre, which is found in many foods such as oatmeal, cereals and brown bread(mind the carbohydrates) dont take too much suger/fat. greens fruits drink alot of water instead of coffie or thee they give you headaches
  2. Nutrasystem gives you your meals and the weight drops off. A friend droped over 100 pounds
