- I tried the eat less calories than your body burns a day and exercise diet, and yes it worked.
- Deffinatly gotta cut bak the regular 2000 calories a day to 1500. An hour of exercise a day is needed also. Diet soda only if n e soday, Skim milk only if n e milk, drink plenty of water. Also switch up ur exercises. Start out by weight liftin for lyk 3 days then the 4th day go runing n keep switchin it up. Or do it everyother day. Deffinatly will c results in 2 weeks. U can do it!!!! <333

- Changing my eating habits for life worked for me. I snack only once in a while, cook healthy meals and eat healthy foods. Eat smaller portions. I also exercise moderately.
