Weight Loss?
I know its bad but what are your thoughts on using cocaine as a weight loss or diet drug. nothing seems to work for me and im willing to try anything. the only thing that has worked for me is eating no food at all for days on end and excerising to the point i get light headed at the same time, but even this only loses me a pound or 2 and this has to be just as bad

- Your taking a completely wrong approach at this. Don't do drugs for weight loss, and even the whole eat nothing and excercise a lot did not help at all. You're supposed to eat 5 - 6 small meals a day of healthy foods. When you don't eat your body thinks it's going into starvation mode, therefore storing fat to make you feel like you don't need food. Eat a low calorie diet Take your bodyweight X 12 and thats how many calories a day you should consume. A good tool to use would be http://www.caloriesperhour.com to calculate what you need to lose weight. Also do cardiovascular excercises like running. Try to run 30 - 40 minutes a day, and eat healthy, the fat will come right off. You really have to stick to the healthy food, you cant go off cheating everyday, have a cheat meal maybe once a week to reward yourself. Hope this helps.
- Do not do it! You can't just sober up off of cocaine like other substances.Once you use it it is with you for life and you will be addicted forever. Plus it destroys the sinus' in your nose! Gross!!!! Also, getting involved with drug dealers is dangerous! You could be killed! If you want to lose weight and nothing else has worked you could get liposuction or a stomach staple cheaper than buying the amount of cocaine it would take to lose weight. Stick to diet and exercise! When I say diet I don't mean starve your self i mean to eat Right! No junk food, candy, cokes, soft drinks, nothing but healthy food! Then exercise by walking or running! Do not become bulimic, anorexic, or starve yourself because it isn't healthy!
- Em...i dont think anyone in their right mind would actually RECOMMEND cocaine as a weight loss method, however, there is no denying the fact that it does work. I used it quite a bit last year and think it no coincidence that in the same 4month party period i also lost 60lbs. But i was being foolish, irresponsible and totally reckless with my own health and body and wellbeing. I would not suggest it. You will look thin. But hello, you will have a nasty drug habit. It's unavoidable. And the 'attractive' exterior wont compensate for the internal damage. Good luck with healthy methods - i suggest a fruit, veg, fish, nuts, soy, oats and rice diet. Thats all i eat and for once in my life i have maintained my weight loss and havent an ounce of fat on me! Rules = no sugar/caffeine/salt/dairy/gluten. Best of luck
