Weight Loss Pills... worth it?
I'm exercising daily, eating right, and stretching all over the place, but I still can't drop the weight that I need to... are there any real weight loss pills out there that are worth it? Thanks!

- No. Lift weights, full body. This will increase your metabolism and make your body denser.
- i don't think so man. try eating less- keep a calorie count. Its a better way. Weight loss pills have adverse affects i believe.
- Weight loss pills aren't good in general because you lose weight on them, but you don't change your habits, so when you stop taking them, you gain the weight back. Obviously what you are doing isn't enough to help you to lose weight. Try calculating your basal metabolism rate (BMR), which tells you how many calories you burn by staying in bed all day, and then try to stay below that to lose weight. Definitely don't use weight loss pills.
- The surest way to lose weight is either running or swimming along with a diet that is high in protien, fiber and low carbs.
- i heard weight loss pills are bad for your heart. =/
- I never found anything that worked while didn't do damage at the same time. I've never heard from anyone (real people, not MLM sales or TV commercials) that something actually worked. Good diet, proper exersise eventualy do it. Try different type of exersice. Dancing socially (salsa, latin) 4x a week did the trick for me.
- No. Weight loss pills are never worth it. The majority of them don't work, and then there are ones that will cause heart and liver damage.
- You might be eating right but still eating too much. You should reduce the amount you eat.
- nope ! keep excercising !
- There are only two effective weight loss pills, I forgot their names. My doctor said that they are only given by prescription to people who medically obese. They have a lot of bad side effects and she refused to write me a prescription for either. When you read the fine print you on diet pills they all have the same directions: Exercise daily and reduce your caloric intake. You are already doing this. You need to make sure that sure you are consuming and burning the right amount of calories. If you are burning more calories than what your body needs you body goes into starvation mode. This leads to a slower metabolism and your body clings to stored fat. I used to take ephedra to stay awake through two jobs and was not able to eat the days I took it. The FDA banned ephedra because too many people were getting heart attacks from it.
- Weight loss pills just didn't work for me. Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 16 lbs and 20 inches in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. In 17 weeks I've lost 35 lbs. Good luck.
