Weight loss?

For my new years resolution i want too loose weight. To be my goal weight i need to loos at least 35 pounds. and i have a get together to go to in april... and i would like to have at least most of my weight off by then. Please give me your ideas on weight loss. What has helped you. Whats a good diet. what are some excercise tapes that have worked for you? any advice i would love to hear. thank you.

  1. I exercise every day for at least 30 minutes and eat six small meals a day it took me about three or four months to lose 40 pounds.
  2. I have a question - is it REALLY weight you want to lose, or inches? One of the very best workouts I've ever seen - hands down - is T-Tapp. It is VERY intense, but virtually non-impact, so it's easy on the body. You raise your heartrate by putting your arms above your head, not by jumping around. It is by far the best workout I've seen for results.   3. Hello, a lot has to do with your diet/fitness plan. Is there a thyroid problem? Diabetes? Physical limitations? Before you start any program you should consult a Physician to make sure you are good to go. Smaller portions definitely makes a difference as does counting calories. I don't count total calories, as when I work out, I burn probably 1000 or more calories. I look at the total 'fat' calories. A good rule of thumb is to see the total calories and then the calories from fat. You want the fat calories to be less than half of the total calories. If you get in the habit of only eating and drinking that way and you eat smaller portions at mealtimes along with an exercise program you can work with, then you should see the pounds start to come off in the first couple of weeks. DON'T get on the scales but one time a week, IT'S COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE. I belong to a weight loss group called Gunnarsinspirations that is not run by Gunnar Nelson but is a support group of his fans.   5. What is working for me is the Cinch Inch Loss Plan. It's powered by leucine (amino acid) and the scientists that helped develop this plan figured out how to literally target the areas of your body where you need to lose fat.   6. here is my list of do's and dont's: 1.dont eat candy,cake,chips,soda,artifical flavoring of juice, alot of bread(because it cloggs u up),and out of any fast food(heres why not just because of unhealthy ness but it is also nasty!its this mcdonalds that has a ten second rule if u drop something on the floor u have ten seconds to pick it up!nasty isnt it?!) 2.drinks alot of water 3.workout atleast 1 hour a day! 4.eat fruits and vegetables for a snack! 5.after u eat... wait an hour before u exercise 6.before u eat....wait an hour til after u exercise heres a little diet scheldule i follow(eating course) breakfast: drink:fresh squeezed orange juice food:fruit salad w/plain yogurt -or- bran muffin w/fruit -or- bagel w/fruit -or- Lunch:drink:water -or- flavored water food:turkey wrap -or- salad w/food u like -or- stir fry Dinner:drink:water or flavored water food:anything u want select from the lunch menu (dont forget veggies)

  10. Ok, so first of all, make sure you take it relatively slow, you dont want to lose weight unhealthily right? Also make sure you drink tons of water. Ok now take your hands and form a bowl with them, you should eat small meals periodically throughout the day that size. How did I lose weight? I learned everything I knew from this one cheesy site.....i lost 70 pounds i am so glad i took a chance
